Retail giant Falabella strives to promote its core values of honesty, vocation of service, initiative, commitment, teamwork and respect. During its 40 years of existence, the group has done much to improve the quality of life in Latin America. In recent years, Falabella has taken a part in a number of initiatives, such as the Haciendo Escuela programme, which helps children to build a better future through education. As part of the project, Falabella has supported more than 63,000 students through 74 schools. It also opened the first public library in a Latin American shopping mall, in Chile. Meanwhile, its retail products continue to shine.
