SAS

SAS Institute is one of the world’s largest private software companies, focusing largely on the development of markets analytics software. It is the largest independent vendor in the business intelligence market today, and its products are used by 79 percent of the FTSE 500 companies to analyse and report on corporate data. In 2013, the firm unveiled new software, which seeks to modernise public security organisations. The launch has come as a result of SAS’s acquisition of Memex in 2010, a worldwide leader of intelligence management. SAS is widely considered one of the best companies to work for, and with over 35 years in the field, it is a market leader in research and development.
