Founded in 1973 in Kyoto, Nidec Group has forged a strong industry presence, becoming a leader in the motor manufacturing industry. The Japanese group has around 106,000 employees working at various locations in 30 different countries. Nidec specialises in the manufacturing of “everything that spins and moves”, producing small precision motors, supersized motors and electronic and optical components for commercial and industrial applications.
